Experience a 30-60-minute session of Reiki with Beth, a certified practitioner and teacher. Reiki sessions can be done either in person, on the phone or on a zoom.
This time will be dedicated to channeling gentle energy through various methods such as Usui, Jikiden, or Karuna® Reiki. During the session, Beth will employ palm healing, a technique in which hands are either lightly laid on or placed just above your body. Similar to the principles of acupuncture or acupressure, the aim of this non-invasive procedure is to smooth out the flow of life energy and eliminate any blockages. Such a session can be a great tool for alleviating stress and enhancing well-being, by fostering healing on physical, mental, and emotional dimensions.

Beth Vargas carries several certifications in spiritual healing and teaching. These include a Professional Reiki Master/Teacher certification, Karuna Reiki® Master/Teacher registration from The International Center for Reiki Training, and certifications in Angelology and Healing Facilitation.
Guided by a divine call, she has merged these Angelic studies into a series of Angelology courses. Apart from her healing exploits, Beth is a Reverend at the Universal Life Church and the Institute of Spiritual Development. She takes pride in conducting special events such as weddings, blessings, and baptisms.
Beth has also delved into Shamanism and is a Mesa carrier. She boasts of an Okiden level in Jikiden Reiki where she was mentored by Frank Ajarva Petter.
An avid learner, Beth has learned Mediumship, Channeling, and Trance from internationally recognized Trance Master Eamonn Downey at Arthur Findley College. She also features beginner and intermediate classes in Trance. Beth continually expands her knowledge by studying different methods from various other instructors.
